Friday the 18th of September

The glacier exibitionThere was a feeling of anti-climax today after all of the yesterday‘s excitement, but our teachers forced us to do something educational so the first thing we did in the morning was visiting Höfn museum. Then came the fun part. Þórhildur´s father took us for a boat ride on the Atlantic Ocean. The waves were huge, around 2.8m tall, that’s what Áróra told us before being splashed by them.  I think our captain had more fun than we had, sailing as if we were on a rollercoaster.  There were not enough learning for today so we went to the Glacier Exhibition. The most interesting parts were the Ice-cave and documentary about making James Bond film on the glacier. Tonight we are having farewell party . I wonder who will start crying first.

Tomorrow we are driving back to Reykjavík and on Sunday we´re having a flight back home : (

It´s sad to leave Iceland, we´ve had awesome fun and we have made great friends. We´re looking forward to having them in Poland.
