Saturday the 13th of March

It is always difficult to say goodbye - but we will keep in touch.Today we woke up early after our last night out with the Polish group. We met in front of the school at 8:00 am, very tired and sad about knowing that this would be our last day together. We drove by bus for two hours and arrived in Krakau around 10:00 am. We went to our hotel and dropped off our things and started the tour around Krakau. We went to see the old part of the town, e.g. the Mariacki Catherdral, the old city gates and the market square. After that we got some free time with our partners. Some went shopping while others went to a coffee house.

We all met around 14:00 at the hotel to say good bye to our partners. There were a lot of tears and hugs while saying good bye. The Icelandic group went for lunch and the Polish group drove back home to Debica.

Some of the Icelandic group went to Wawel castle after lunch and others went to the mall and spent over four hours there. When we got tired of shopping we went back to the hotel for dinner. Everyone was very tired and started packing our things and relaxing for a long trip home to Iceland.
